I went to Vegas to photograph a friends birthday. We went to Haze. Here are 2 photos with a view from the back. This was Friday night and then flew back to Austin the next day to photograph another friends birthday in Austin the next day, Event photos, event photography austin.

Last Thursday were the Raw Austin Awards It was a good time. Very good selection of artists of all kind from jewelers to hair to make up to painters and photographers. It was a very diverse event. There were some great models like Senatra as well as several dallas based models that get a lot of work up there. There were several bands they all kicked ass I can’t remember all the names. My friend and best helper ever Jennifer Kraack won best Hair so I was very happy for her. She does all the hair for SAPP South Austin Portrait Party. So I felt lucky to get to work with her. AirBnB had me photograph their first Airshare event in Austin this last weekend. The event was held at a really interesting Real Estate office Lyon Real Estate. People brought items and for every item you brought you got a ticket to swap for something else there was everything from large furniture to vacuum cleaners, tea sets, golf clubs, to very cool lighters.
