Last Thursday were the Raw Austin Awards It was a good time. Very good selection of artists of all kind from jewelers to hair to make up to painters and photographers. It was a very diverse event. There were some great models like Senatra as well as several dallas based models that get a lot of work up there. There were several bands they all kicked ass I can’t remember all the names. My friend and best helper ever Jennifer Kraack won best Hair so I was very happy for her. She does all the hair for SAPP South Austin Portrait Party. So I felt lucky to get to work with her. RAW:natural born artists is an independent arts organization, for artists, by artists.

Our mission is to provide independent artists of all creative genres, with the tools, resources and exposure needed to inspire and cultivate creativity. RAW educates emerging artists through seminars, workshops and insight to further the knowledge of their industry.

RAW connects them with one another so that they might grow together, while providing them with opportunities to give back to their own local youth communities through the arts.
